- Microscops
- Laser of variable wavelength
- High Power LEDs (520nm and 460nm, Prizmatix)
- BioLab for preparation of samples
- The TCSPC (Time Correlated Single Photon Counting) system for FLIM (Fluorescence Life Time Imaging) (DCS 120, Becker & Hickl) includes two pulsed picosecond lasers (405nm , 470nm), two separate PMT detectors (Hamamatsu), attached to the Olympus IX-81 fully motorized inverted research microscope.
- The LIFA (Lambert Instruments Fluorescence Attachment) for FLIM attached to the Olympus IX-81 microscope and works in the homodyne frequency domain. It consists 3 modulated LED’s (405nm, 470 nm, 540nm) and a modulated image intensifier as detector (i.e. ICCD camera).
- Dynamic light scattering (DLS) : Zetasizer Nano ZS (Malvern) The system is equipped with a Helium Neon laser (633nm, max 4mW) with an APD detector, M3-PALS technology and NIBS ™ optics to deliver superior sensitivity. Automated positioning within the measurement cell provides accurate results for both dilute and concentrated samples.
