This introduces the students to more complex analog circuits and gives some experience in design and simulations as well. Topics include CMOS inverter based analog circuits, amplifier compensation, random and systematic offsets, offset compensation, comparators, Bandgap references, Noise.\u00a0 It includes several design exercises as well as a design project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/lemida.biu.ac.il\/course\/view.php?id=23998\">8362101<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u2013 Advanced Analog Circuit in Digital Processes \u2013 semester A<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This course includes the analog circuits which are found in almost every digital product including biasing circuits, Voltage controlled oscillators, Phase-Locked Loops \u2013 both analog and digital, Linear Voltage Regulators, and Thermal Sensors. The course includes design assignments as well as a personal project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>83608-01\u2013 Advanced Energy Efficient Analog\u2013 semester A<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>This advanced course focuses on analog circuits which are optimized for energy efficiency. The circuits covered include switched-capacitor circuits \u2013 including Z-transforms, digital to analog converters (D\/A), analog to digital converters (A\/D), inductive switching regulators, switch-capacitor DC-to-DC converters, and crystal oscillators.
