Seminar on Distributed Algorithms in Ad-Hoc Networks 83-860<\/strong><\/p>\n

Course Objectives:<\/strong>
\nExplore fundamental issues in routing in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) and Sensor Networks<\/p>\n

Instructor:\u00a0<\/strong>Prof. Adrian\u00a0Segall<\/a><\/p>\n

Prerequisite:\u00a0<\/strong>First Course in Computer Networks<\/p>\n

Mechanism: <\/strong>
\nThere will be several introductory classes on Distributed Network Protocols and Ad-Hoc Networks.
\nThen students will read and present a paper from the list below. (TBD)
\nThe presentation will include the selected paper and material from related papers.
\nThe presentation will be in\u00a0power point\u00a0and will be sent to the lecturer and to the other students a few days before the presentation date.
\nThe grade will be given according to the understanding of the topic, the quality of the presentation, the participation in the course and a two page summary of the presented paper.<\/p>\n
